There is a known issue with the Xerox Phaser 5500 printer installation as this runs a program called PSCOUTEXE. Everytime I print to the 5500 printer it threw up a program error "PScoutExe has stopped working". This is a print monitoring program

The image file created to be stored on an external HD is the size of the HD's imaged or is the image file smaller? My partitions are 239 111 40 gig. Do I need an external hd of 400gig or better to store the image file?
