Hi . I bought Vista Home Premium, the 32 Bit version When I was upgrading I
recall I think it gave me the option to bet the 64 bit version. As I have a
AMD 64 Processor I thought I might benefit. When  I get to the end of the

I have a film scanner that hangs up once in a while. I can tell from
the vuescan log file that the last command issued is a read. I'd like
to rule out my USB port as a problem. [The port is whatever nvidia
uses with Nforce4.] Thus I'd like to try a USB PCI card with just the

I have one instability after another and the list seems to grow. I am

I am sorry for the basic question... I am not that familiar with the
64 bit versions of Windows. But I am in a situation where I need to
buy and install Windows XP Professional 64 bit edition, and I am

Why would MS leave us xp64 bitter's out in the cold when it comes to upgrades
for Vista? I do not want to lose information just to get a Vista OS. Didn't
MS think about this? )of course they did( ...and decided our 'small' end of
their vast OS universe just isn't that critical to ...

When are we going to see GPMC available for x64 servers? All the servers I'm
putting in these days are x64 but we still have to perform management from
the remaining x86 servers. Win2003 x64 has been available for quite a while
but MS are dragging their feet on this.

Professional x64 to "Arrange Icons by Name" as a default.  Every time I open
a folder, the sub-folders and files are listed seemingly in random order,
