Every time I try to close the browser while a website is loading. IE7 didn't close until it finished loading the page. This didn't seem to happen in Window XP. Does anyone here experience similar problem.?

I downloaded and tried to install a driver. I received a messaged that said, "Start Service: This driver has been blocked from loading." What do I need to do so that I can install/load this driver?

I just finished building my computer and the last component (for now) was a floppy drive. It works great but it can format disks only in FAT format. My hard drive is NTFS. Why is my floppy using FAT?

I am having an issue with running a 32bit service on windows 64bit. The service is a special rpc listener written in perl. This works perfectly fine as a service on all 32bit flavors of windows. It is not working for the 64bit version of windows. The rpc listener is not

Installed Windows XP x64 and both DVD Drives were fine for about 1-2 weeks. I booted into Windows the other day to find that both my DVD Drives aren't showing. Went into Device Manager and sure enough both drives have the Question Mark sign.

I am building a new machine and I've bought Vista x64 (full) OEM license. I've also got a (full) unused XP SP2 license from my university. Now I would really like to dualboot Vista x64 and XP x32, but unfortunately I have only one physical drive (it's a 500gb SATA).
