I need to move away from 64 bit.  Can my OEM purchased 64 bit license be used
to install a 32 bit version of Vista?

I have a 250 GB hard drive SATA II.
I have 30GB for vista ultimate 64,and the rest for other things like movies
etc...  is this good partition starategy?  If not how can I change it?  i.e.
seperate partition for program files etc...
