Ever since the last 64 bit update my clock has been reseting it self to Pacific time every time I shut it off. Never did this before. Anyone else notice this? I run Vista Premium. Is there a bug reporting form anywhere?

I was using 32 bit and Windows Live Desktop Mail, I loved it. When I swithched to 64 bit, the email switched to Windows mail. I've tried re-installing it, I get a message saying it was "not installed, no changes were made" Am I missing something or does it not work with 64 bit?
