Ever since the last 64 bit update my clock has been reseting it self to
Pacific time every time I shut it off.  Never did this before.  Anyone else
notice this?  I run Vista Premium.  Is there a bug reporting form anywhere?

I need to ensure the time is never updated on our server automatically. The
server is a domain memeber. (It runs a database and changing time whilst it
is loaded will corrupt it.)

Does anyone know if I can upgrade my Windows XP to  Vista and install
it to a new hard drive other than the one XP is running on?  I think
the drive is dying and I have a new one installed and formatted but

I was using 32 bit and Windows Live Desktop Mail, I loved it. When I
swithched to 64 bit, the email switched to Windows mail. I've tried
re-installing it, I get a message saying it was "not installed, no changes
were made" Am I missing something or does it not work with 64 bit?
