Hello--
We migrated our IIS server where we host our websites from a W2K3 Server
platform to W2K3 64-bit platform and started seeing strange errors.
This is the error we get:

At work I'm running an all up to date Windows XP Professional x64 Edition,
Version 2003 SP2 on an Asus Vintage V2-PE2 board with built-in NIC
(VIA Rhine II Fast Ethernet Adapter).
For that I found drivers from the ASUS site, which installed succesfully.

Has anyone gotten sysprep to work on Windows XP 64-bit SP2?
When I execute it (either the pre-SP version off of the CD or the Windows
Server 2003 64-bit SP version off of the web site), it gives me the
hourglass for a few minutes and then returns an error. "An error occured

I resently tryd to use a work application on my laptop running xp64 but the
program gave me an error trying to install it saying the package wasnt for my
os, so i gave it a thought about installing it on another system runnning x86
artistructue and copy the install over.

Everything has gone well with the Vista 64-Bit Upgrade no major problems to
report except for:
1. Could not install PowerDVD had to use WinDVD
2. All my DivX avi movies I acumulated over time would start to cause

I am running 4GB of memory in my system and in system properties it shows up
as 4029MB, I have see other screenshots of people's system properties and
that shows as 4.0GB.
I have no onboard VGA, so where has the remaining 67MB gone?

Friends, I'm not able to make a connection from W2003S 64b to Oracle 9i or
10g version, I've already instaled the oracle clients of both version, but it
does't stablish the comunication (using OLE DB driver or creating an UDL
connection).

Bought my Daughter an ACER Aspire 5100 Laptop for her studies in
college. Found out the apps she will be running on it are not
supported for Vista (which came preloaded on her Laptop) I am

We have a automatic server installation (unattended and .cmd files) to
install W2k3 and additional programs (SP2, support tools, 3.party app. etc)
After we have added SP2 (x64) , booted, we silently install adminpak.msi
(from c:\windows\syswow64\ .

Each time I press mouse click or enter or whatever the operating system
plays a sound.
It never did that before.
What could have caused this to happen ?
