I've been using a couple of tv cards for a long time with win2003 and xp x64, see "Successful porting BT848(btwincap) to Windows x64!" with Dscaler and KastorTV. Unfortunately these software are old and outdated.

When trying to send udp packets with a random payload size between 0 and 65000 windows only sends little packets ? The udp packets are not fragmented properly... at least according to ethereal...

I have tried everything: searching on the web for ways to repair this: with the gpedit.msc command, with programs to repair (Microsoft only has a repair autoplay program for XP 32-bit)... I even used my XP x64 CD to repair the installation and the autoplay function is not working ...
