I have a very CPU intensive program((AutoCAD 2007)which is not a
multithread app.), and I notice when I go in to Task Manager(on a Quad Core
System) and set Priority to High and Affinity to CPU 2 and CPU 3, that I get

When trying to send udp packets with a random payload size between 0 and
65000 windows only sends little packets ?
The udp packets are not fragmented properly... at least according to

I have tried everything: searching on the web for ways to repair this: with
the gpedit.msc command, with programs to repair (Microsoft only has a repair
autoplay program for XP 32-bit)... I even used my XP x64 CD to repair the
installation and the autoplay function is not working ...
