I'm running XP 64bit. I have a WD 750GB sata drive. I want a large fat32 partition on it, about 650GB. The windows based tools that Western Digital make don't run under XP64, and the dos based tool doesn't recognize sata drives. XP will only format it as ntfs, but I need fat32.
