It's as simple as that: My Vista Business is perpetually rebooting as it trys
to start up. It gets halfway through the loading screen, the scolling bar
freezes, and the machine reboots.

I'm running Vista Ultimate 64 and switched from Pegasus Mail (latest)
to Thunderbird for email for various reasons (I miss Peggy but it's no
