This is driving me crazy.
I have upgraded assembled a new system and I am running Vista 64 Unlimited.
I do a lot of multimedia work and need to get the audio and video (mostly

I did a search in 64-Bit computing and found one thread on this subject, but
the poster didn't get a response. I can't find any themes settings for my
display. Doesn't the 64-Bit OS support themes?  Like the fish aquarium, etc.
There isn't anything in the Downloads for Microsoft ...

I know there are other posts floating around about Vista not remembering
