I have two HP Pavilion PCs, one running Vista32 and the other one running
Vista64. On Vista32, Quicktime Player is starting in about 7 seconds, the
same procedure takes up to one minute when starting on Vista64.
Is there any known issue, any remedy that could help? I tried ...

I have a problem with Windows XP x64 where if I access the ShellNew menu from
a 32-bit application, it shows only Shortcut and Folder.  If I try to access
it again, it then displays the full menu.  If I then attempt to access the
same menu from a 64-bit application, the same ...
