Since Friday 8/15/03 I have not recieved incoming emails
on my outlook express. I thought it may be due to the

I'm using Win95 with the keyboard to run the pc , till i get a new mouse.
Are there any keyboard commands that will allow me to access the icons in the "system tray"?
I've tried many combinations but can't make anything control them.
is the system tray only for use with the mouse?

Cannot shut down system without turning off the power.  
Going through start shutdown the system simply reboots.

I went to power up my laptop and it came up with a message
saying, " invalid system disk" I do not have a boot disk
for this laptop is older and was window 95 based. I called
