I recently deleted some tmp files from my Packard Bell
system and it caused me to lose vital files.  I cannot
restore these from the original disk because I do not

Sometime ago there was suddenly a permanent change in the way my
computer ran. After downloading a file, the colours went funny on the
web page after downloading a file. I could change them back to normal

I regularly empty my temp folder but just recently a mskkmo.dll was added and when I try to delete it it won't let me. The error message says that windows is currently using this file.
