I recently deleted some tmp files from my Packard Bell
system and it caused me to lose vital files.  I cannot
restore these from the original disk because I do not
know where it is.  When I boot up I get the following

I have the CD Rom, however, for whatever reason, the system
is not recognizing the CD Rom Drive either.  How can I get
the win.com re-installed onto the computer?

I keep getting a message that reads'system administrater
has disabled display control panel'. I have no idea how to
restore control panel. It appears in safe mode but the
display function is still disabled. Has anyone got any

I had set up my pc to use the content advisor to keep my
children from going on site I dont want to on - my oldest
child figured out the pass word and put in a new one- now
he can remember the password. Is there anyway to override

I regularly empty my temp folder but just recently a mskkmo.dll was added and when I try to delete it it won't let me. The error message says that windows is currently using this file.
Is there a way to delete it? what's it for? is it safe to delete? I figured it would be safe to ...
