My son attends a small Christian school. Recently the school was donated several older PCs. These PCs had their hard disks wiped clean, and came with several copies of Windows 98 upgrade CDs.

When trying to start Win 95 I keep receiving the following fatal exception errors: 209F:0003A916 and/or 2077:00007277 with a blue screen. Tried reloading Win 95 with no luck.

I have been unable to reinstall win 95 on my portable as the setup disks are 1.76 mb and my portable will not accept anything above 1.44 mb. Any solutions please?

I am having problems with illegal operations in internet explorer. The culprit always seems to be the file urlmon.dll. Any help on what this file does and how I can get rid of the problem.
