Does the blaster worm affect Windows 95?

I hokked up one of our way old computers for  my 7 year
old in his room, and I reinstalled everything, but since
I don't have the old windows 95 authenticity code, I
can't go any farther. Is there anyway to obtain the code?

Is there any way to retrieve a file I deleted from a
floppy disk?

On startup we get the message - 'while initialising
