i appreciate everyone who tried to help me out with my
last posts but now my problem is that when i press the F8
button and scroll down and enter a number....it doesn't

Interesting problem.

My Father-in law was given a system with a '95 pacage.
Lots of things are missing but he doesn't have a setup or
startup disk. Does anyone know where he can get one? I

and select format, it will not let me because it is in

It seems like the CD drive is not recognized when I boot
or in safe mode even though the Win 95 disk is in the
drive. If I let it try to open Windows without going into
safe mode I get the message:

My start button was originally on the bottom of the
desktop.  For some reason now its on the top.  How can I
move it to bottom again.  Thanks for the help
