Yesterday I whent to the Norton web site and downloaded Norton Antivirus 2004 but when I click on the icon, now on my desktop, to start / install the program, I get a error message that pops up that says, "Error Starting program"

Question, Does win 95 support USB cards? I know most cards read 98-XP. My old pc has a 133 processor so I can't install my WinMe. Do I need to upgrade this old PC to 98?
