can i upgrade windows 95 to 98

Hi, I am Italian and I come to the Slovakia. I have Win95
and I need Slovak language to my system. Multilingual
support in my computer have only western, I need central
europe languages. Where I can take this thing? Thank you

I need to be able to run pure DOS and good DOS boxes under windows.  I'm
running Win98, now, and it's been having trouble since I put in 2G of
RAM to help with graphics.  I know that the latest versions no longer
run on DOS at all, and their DOS boxes are imperfect emulations.

I am looking for the DOS command that allows you to go
back to a earlier time on your hard drive. This is done
to erase information and put your hard drive back the way
it was on a particular date....

I have my system set up so when I start up the computer my
ISP log-on box appears onscreen-saving me a step-instead
of me going into Programs or clicking an icon, etc. I
can't remember what I did in the past to set it up that

After installing msdun13.exe on a Windows 95 computer it
will not reboot. The error message that comes up
