I am running Windows 95A with IE 5.5 SP2 but can not get
favorites or quick launch to work. I can not crete a new
favorites folder or add favorites.
I have a copy of my favorites and have tried the import

I have a complete version of windows 98 and my windows 95
system will not let me update to 98.  It says that this is
the wrong version and that I have to obtain a windows 98
update.  Is their a way around this or do I need the update
