i notice a lot of people having problems with installing
win95, i also have it iwent to bootdisk.com and convert

I wrote my own Interrupt Service Routing(ISR) for COM1, IRQ4, 0x3f8
(INT0x0C). I used internal loopback to test the receiving of data for
testing. Eventually I want to have my program to service data from COM1.
