I would like to upgrade w95 to w98 to give usb support.If
I buy a 98 upgrade only will usb work, or will I have to
install the full w98 version.
My PC is PII 300 300+ m/ram, 40gb

When I try to set up a network between my XP and windows95
the XP says my network cable is disconnected but I can see
it is clearly connected.  What can I do?

seller should have given me the Installation Disc.

Somehow, I got my home page hijacked by LuckySearch and it
really screws up my computer.  I found a program to
eliminate it but it showed up again.  I had a hell of a
time turning my computer again, it is an old one but

I've tried to upgrade to win 95 4 times and I keep getting
windows protection error. I read on one message board where
a guy uninstalled his modem because that might be the problem.
but with a fresh install I don't have my modem installed

Hi there, I'm having a bit of bother within old Ollivetti P150 16Mb machine
which i just want to use for email for a friend. Its got a Pace external
modem that seems to work OK and I set it up with IE 5.5 and OE5.
However, on dialling up it seems to always show the terminal screen ...

I changed monitors on a 95 system and set the display to
high.  Now I have a blank screen, after boot.  How do I
change display setup during start-up befor boot? Do I use
f10 and if so then what?

Whhen I try to upgrade 95win to 98win, I get a error
message SirC32.exe. It says that this file is necessary to
open applications. I can not open any appications at all.
