I have a 98 install CD. I just wanted to delete 95 and install 98; however, I get a message that I need an upgrade CD. I don't have an upgrade CD, I have a new install 98 CD. What do I do?

obviously i have some sort of trojan. my desktop is driving me crazy. when i approach an icon with my mouse, it "runs away" from it. all of the icons will begin blinking and trying to group up in the opposite direction
