Do you just put the disk in does it automaticly upgrade

Every time I try to install the CD ROM it that says
that E:drive is not accesible. The CD-ROM was already
inthe computer when I got it. Then it told me I needed to
install windows 95 which is already on my computer.

unpacked the file to another diskette and tried to boot
from it. My PC does not boot from the A:> it goes off the
C:> and I do not know what is up.

OS, I want to put Windows 95 in it.  Can I move NT to the
D drive (second hard drive) and install win 95 in C?  Or
install 95 in C and fix it to boot up in 95?
