When I turn my computer on, it relays a series of beeps but then does nothing. The monitor does not display anything, and the "caps lock" light flashes. Nothing else... Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Old computer. Pentium 90. Windows 95. Corrupted hard drive. I have just reformatted the hard using the Startup disc. How do I get it to recognise the CD drive to reinstall Windows?
