When trying to shutdown, whether through the START button,
or the Ctrl+Alt+Del Dialogue box, Win95 either hangs up in
the "Windows shutting down" screen, or more commonly just

them will work with windows 95. Whats the easiest way to
update my computer to win 98 or 2000? How about the cost?
