I am trying to get into an application that says I need
the 128-bit SSL support installed in order to use the SSL
protocol.  I have downloaded this via the below website:

Could really use some help!!!  Not sure what's going on.  
The computer seems to get lost reading CD's.  Loading
kid's games takes long time (hours) when successsful,

windows95. it would only allow 6.0 aol and kept getting a

install disk 4 now".
