I've recently formatted a friends PC (P1 with 32 Meg of memory) and re- installed Win95 (Win95 A, I think?). After installing Win95 everyting was working fine, IE was version 2.0 but my friend uses AOL so I knew he'd re- install AOL 7.0 & use their browser.

I cannot launch Turbo Tax 2003 as it gives me an error message which says "A required .DLL file, OLEACC.DLL was not found". I am running Windows 95 4.00.950 B. Any ideas where I can find this file?
