I am trying to install Tax Cut 2003 and it requires a socket 2 update. I cannot find a download for it for Windows 95. Tax Cut support claims it should be on Microsoft web site.

I installed the Windows 95 Power Tools, but I'm unsure
how to install some of the programs that came along with
it. (I thought all these tools would be downloaded
together, I guess not)

My computer screen says "Running Windows 95", but all
I get is the black MS DOS screen.
Some one took Windows 95 and put it in the recycle bin
and the turned off the computer before I could restore

I have an HP Windows 95 Pavilion model 3260, cannot update
virus control due to the age but also can't find a patch
to do this with, cannot open any of my floppy disks for 6
months copies of downloads, reumes etc eveything, it tells
