Ever since I was forced at one point to reinstall Windows
95, I have found many problems that weren't there before.
I think it might have to do with video drivers that may no
longer be the right version.  The problems are: I can only

or defragment my hard drive. "Dcan Disk restarted 10 times
because Windows or another program has been writing to
