I loaded TurboTax into a puter with Win95, IE5.5. Upon opening Turbotax ( won't open) an error message: "A required .DLL File OLEACC.DLL was not found." How can I resolve this problem ?

Hi there, been used to 98, and as I've just had to look at two 95 boxes and get them online, I've encountered a problem. The background is that both these are for the use of the Visually impaired, and keyboard operation and simplicity is essential.
