I loaded TurboTax into a puter with Win95, IE5.5.
Upon opening Turbotax ( won't open) an error message:

Hi there, been used to 98, and as I've just had to look at two 95 boxes and
get them online, I've encountered a problem. The background is that both
these are for the use of the Visually impaired, and keyboard operation and
simplicity is essential.

I need to know what this is. It shows as a program when I
attempt to shut down. It's the only program open.
