When I try to restore files backed up in Windows 95 to a

I actually have two problems;
1) When I turn on the computer, I have to insert my start
up disk 2 to 3 times before the system will run.  Is there
a way that I can fix this problem?

Using "Inbox" to download mail from ISP.  Whenever user
try to print document attachments it prints the email
itself, not the attachment.  Any ideas?

Installed a new HP printer about a week ago.  Since then
Win 95 won't shut down using the start/shut down
sequence.  No big deal but annoying.  Any thoughts?

I have been trying to reinstall windows 95 without
success.  When I get to the prompt that asks for the
product ID, I enter my ID from the the certificate of
authenticity that includes OEM it then tells me that this

I want to be able to click on an icon on the desktop and transfer a file
from directory "C:\a\b" to drive "e".
