I actually have two problems; 1) When I turn on the computer, I have to insert my start up disk 2 to 3 times before the system will run. Is there a way that I can fix this problem?

Using "Inbox" to download mail from ISP. Whenever user try to print document attachments it prints the email itself, not the attachment. Any ideas?

Installed a new HP printer about a week ago. Since then Win 95 won't shut down using the start/shut down sequence. No big deal but annoying. Any thoughts?

I need basic help on file and disk management...hard drive stays 94 to 99% full all the time...I don't know what else to delete or uninstall. MY DOCUMENTS is relatively small; I suspect hidden files that have grown over the years.
