I need to know what to do after I put my boot disk in my
computer has windows 95 on it but for some reason it wont
boot up it says insert boot disk what do I do after I put
the boot disk in how what do I do after that to get

Anyone know of a place to download an IE version 5.0 or newer w/outlook
express .... cannot install from a CDrom drive doesn't work so that
option is out . It's my sons computer(12 yr old) and he really misses

I was working on a friend's system that has Win 95.  I put
it into safe mode per insructions: shutdown/restart/ F8 at
starting windows.  I then ran a thorough scandisk test.  
When I got back about 10 hours later the computer wouldn't

I have formatted my hard disc and have the Windows 95 CD-
ROM and downloaded a boot disc from bootdiscs.com but the
computer won't recognise it. I have changed the settings
so that the computer looks at the floppy disc drive first

I have an old computer that runs Win95. I installed a
scanner software but on restart i could only get through
in safe Mode & it did not recognise my CD driver. i
reinstalled Win95 & rebooted but it freees on 'Preparing

Is there a way I can update windows 95 to windows xp?  
The puter I just acquired has 95 in it and my other puter
has xp.  I want to network with my daughter..  Any

software.  I also wanted to get rid of win 95 and install
XP.  However, I deleted the win.com file and can't start
windows.  I have a 95 boot disk, but it won't go into
