windows 95 wont shut down , it says it is but nothing
happends, the 3 key del shift alt wont restart or shut it
down ither. hard drive test passed. i kinda have a feeling'
its norton anti virus 2001 outdated software is problem.

when trying to download updates etc. a flag with a message
missing shell32.dll files comes up. how do i restore them
and get the system functioning again???????
please help!

I have parasites and when I try to activate the spy
remover  I am told I need some dll files that are missing,
I have had them placed in the system but I still get that
annoying message

I am attempting to reload window 95 to a pentium II. It
will boot from the a drive, but the CD (which contains w95
will not rum).  I think I need a new driver for the CD to
install from the floppy. How do I do this?
