My windows 98 installation takes too much time to shutdown with the Dialup Networking installed.
I have tried removing dialup networking and it shuts down pretty fast.
But if I installed it again, it is quite slow to shutdown.

I try to install Windows 95 on a old Laptop without an CD-
Rom Drive. I connected this Laptop(Com-Port) to a modern
