why does it say 'linked to missing export shell32.dll', or other? What is cncs32.dll for and what does it why can't I find 'dll' files seperately?

What is the policy for a replacement CD if I have damaged my original and need to reinstall my Win95OS. I don't want to upgrade and I don't have a copy (illegal?). thanks...mikey.

This machine will not boot up unless it is in safe mode! I locks up !Please help. How do I fix the problem. I wanted to reinstall windows and or update program but it will not reconize CD ROM is safe mode!

This is the error my friend gets when starting his computer running windows 95. It eventually locks up and you have to hit the power button to shut down.

My friend has a machine running Win95 and everytime he boots up he gets this message. When we click on okay, it locks up. We have to hit the power switch to restart. Safe mode is not much better.
