This machine only boots up in safe mode otherwise it gets

I have a dell laptop running win 95. When I startup the
computer a logon / password screen comes up with a name
unknown to me. I would like to delete this name and

win 95 will not detect either the cdrom that came with the
machine or one purchased yesterday.  (the new cdrom says
