The subject sort of says it all. I made a system disk and then formatted C. Now I can't get to the CD drive to install 95. I know there's a file I should have on the system disk

My computer will not load its windows 95 software. It starts up then before it goes past the DOS setup screen it says the the CPU can't locate win.com. It just stays in the DOS format. How can I fix this.
