I am helping a friend with an old Compaq Armada.
I can browse the CD drive, but with problem since there
seems to be an error with it. It is very slow and it
can't read all files. The CD disk is ok.

I recently had to reload Windows 95 onto my computer and
since then I have been unable to hear sounds using Windows
Media Player v6.4.  The error I get is “Cannot play back
the audio stream: no audio hardware is available.

In Windows 98 you can type in "msconfig" (System
configuration utility) and turn items off of the start-up
process. How do you do this in Windows 95?

i've been trying to install windows 95 on one of my
computers but i can never get the setup to run. i put in
the boot disk and it does it's thing. i'm not sure what
it does but it looks like it's putting the basic programs

How would you make this work in a batch file(it doesn't
because of the long filename and the space, I think)?
