I have a Windows 95 CD that came with a computer that no longer works.  That
computer came with Win 95 pre-intalled, and with a Win 95 CD that is labeled
"For distribution only with a new PC."
I want to install that W95 onto a second-hand laptop computer I purchased.  

While updating from W95 to W98 the W98 CD was removed (early on in the
process). I am unable to format the disk now. Error messages related to
HIMEM.SYS are numerous. I do have the complete floppy disk set of W95 and a
CD of W98 along with W98 Upgrade CD. I've tried FDISK, ...

When I start my computer, Windows 95 will appear to be loading/booting, but
then will revert to MS-DOS and a C:> prompt. I type the windows boot command
and it says its corrupt or its not there, but its still in the directory.
Please Help!!!

I have put together a computer based on a "Dynova 80386 SX RO2"
motherboard...loaded Windows 95 [4.00.950] and everything works except the
serial mouse, i.e. Windows does not "see" the mouse...any suggestions/fixes
