remember there is a way to save more than one setting. There is no adjusment on the
monitor itself to do this. The monitor is an HP mx705. It's a Dell PC. I forgot how to

My network card (SMC 1211 TX/WL 10/100) is not recognised as Plug and Play

Got a new box with CPU AMD64 3400+, Chipset K8T800 with VIA 8237 South
Bridge. RAM is 1024 MB and the video card is nVidea GeForce FX5200.  The
box functions very well with XP and W2k, but I also wanted to try Win95C.
To get the Windows GUI to work the following was necessary:

Auto dial works almost too well. With some applications, the DUN dialer
appears immediately when the application is launched without it has even
tried to reach the internet. This is not always desired.
Could this be corrected without disabling auto dial?

I know one shouldn't post messages to multiple newsgroups, but I'm not sure

Is it files=255 or would the highfiles=? allow a larger number.

in Dialup Network properties I don't have PPP protocol listed? Can't connect
to ISP - any suggestions
