About 1 year ago I tried to install Win98SE on an ASROCK mainboard with a P4 CPU and it failed. Somebody told me Win98SE doesn't support modern mainboards chipset so I switched to XP.

I have a new laptop. It has WinXP on it. I have a 2 computer and a switch win98 network. I can not see the WinXp machine; it can not see me when it I try. I have the workgroups all named the same.

I tried reinstalling 95 over the top. It failed. Now when the machine starts up it takes me to c:\ and I have to type win to get Windows to boot. How do I get rid of this?

I have a few 95 stations that act as a terminal server client using citrix to connect to a terminal server. The problem is, I've had a few incidents where someone will get into IE on those systems and go to sites that aren't very work environment friendly.

I am trying to uninstal windows 95 from a computer. i dont have the cd-rom, therefor I can't use the control apnels add/remove tool. Any suggestions?

This may not be the right place to ask, but if it is not please direct me to the best place to ask this question. When a new adapter card is plugged into the system board, the OS recognizes something is new and then proceeds to ask for driver installation.
