I bought over ebay an older notebook (Toshiba Satellite 4000 CDS) with

The best way would be to install Win 98 completely new. I have a

I cant seem to figure out how to change win98 and office 2000 to
columbian spanish. I am donating my laptop to some VERY poor folks who
can really use it but stupid me cant figure out how to reset the

When I insert win-me to install I am getting a message "You need to
create MS-DOS partition". I think initially i had installed win 2000.
So its NTFS. Now i want to install win-me. Please tell me how to
create a partition with FAT-32.

Here is situation:
I've an old PC with WIN95, 4.0.C and IE5.5 (NG for IE5.5 gone now).  I can
log on to my ISP and have made all their rec. Dial-up setting, still cannot
go to any URL.  I've IE5.5 set for Internet Zone, Medium settings.
