for me offered to put in a CD-Writer. It was free, so I
allowed him to do so. Unlike most computers, the CD-Writer

drive. I am not very good at the computers, some people
tell me that I need cd rw software. Is there software I

How can I change back to my 3 1/2 floppy?  Some kind of
glitch happened to change my 3 1/2 floppy to read and act
like a 5 1/4 floppy....but I've never had a 5 1/4 floppy.

I'm having problems with my cd rom drive.
The set up I have is Win 98 with a master CD Rom Drive and
a slave CD RW Drive. This problem affects both drives.
When I put certain disks into either drive, the

During the bootup on a Windows 98SE machine right
after "Verifying DMI Pool Data .....", the next line is
"Windows cannot determine what configuration your computer
is in.
