Probaly has been asked 100 times but I will ask anyway. Running Win 98se with Spacewalker C98t mainboard. Just installed maxtor 160gb HD with Maxtor PCI 133 Card. C Mos reconises it no problem but windows only see it as 7.68

I recently purchased a new 76.8GB hard disk drive, and my bios sees it as that, but when I boot to Windows 98 boot disk, and try to fdisk or format, it sees the drive at about 7.5GB. How can I get Windows 98 to see the correct

I read the MS article 151911 and I re-installed the NOIDE.inf file as one of the fixes but it did not help. My C drive is still using MS-DOS file system. The driver I have loaded is the Intel 82371 AB/EB Pci Bus
