I have a system (C:) disk compressed (drivespace?) that I would like to replace with a new 120G drive and obviously don't need the new disk to be compressed. Can I just clone the drive with Ghost or some such? Or am I headed

When you move files to the recycle bin, are they really physically moved? In other words, if I want to clean up my files before defrag, do I have to actually delete the files from the recycle bin?
