my windows 98 pc keeps locking up. i reboot it and it
works for awhile. i have done the defrag, scan etc. help

I have Windows 98 and drive is formatted as FAT32. I

When we select files, hit delete, confirm we want to
delete the files, they do not end up in the recycle bin
and are not even deleted.  The computer has ample space
allocated for the recycle bin, it also has Norton
