it, only loads up to the point of installing then stops

but we can not pay to high price for one  and we are also

Some one can say me where is located the recycle bin on the
disk in Win98. I will say by "located" the exact path where
i can find the files deleted. In MS-DOS prompt by exemple.

My Computer show both a "C" and "D"D disk icon. The "D"
has a free capacity of 2GBs. Why is it there and when is
it used. I can not load alot of programs because I get a
error message stating insufficient disk space.M hard disk

The computer boots ok in safe mode.
The computer will only boot in normal mode when I use the
