My window defrag program will not work, just sets checking
for errors and never proceeds.  Does anyone have any

I recently tried to convert my internet server to Road
Runner wireless connection. The technician who came had
difficulty booting up RR and said one of the window 98SE
files was corrupted. I reinstalled Windows 98SE ( it wiped

trying to download boot disk for windows 98.  Getting VDD
windows protection error.  Any ideas for help?
