call me a newbie but when trying to extract three files
from the win98se disc the required files were not found.
i do not know if this is why my hp scanjet 4200c does not
work but can anyone tell me where i can get the following

Just reloaded 98 due to error.  Now he thinks "D" drive is
removable.  How do I reassign?
