A number of years ago I created a folder of all my

to just reformat the  computer.  I pop in the reboot disk and start from
Dos and type in Format c: /s     It starts the process then stops at 18%

when I try to do a scandisk I get a Not enough memory error
(scandisk use to work).  I have a fat32 with plenty of
memory and space.  I remember a long time ago deleting
some file from my C: that caused scandisk to do a fresh

When my computer boots up. It is no longer sending signals

When I downloaded Exporer 6 it didn't load.  Only the
setup icon on desktop. Still had Explorer 5.When  tried to
remove setup icon from desktop pc froze up. Had to hard
start. On bootup stopped and showed  "floppy disc(s)fail

I am unable to complete the defrag of my hard disk (c).  
It reaches 10 percent and then says the drive has
changed.  Can you give me a tip about how to resolve what
appears to be a conflict.  

Can you reformat 2 Hard Disk at once or do you have to do
each seprate?
