I have been having problems with my computer such as Kernel 32

When I downloaded Exporer 6 it didn't load.  Only the
setup icon on desktop. Still had Explorer 5.When  tried to
remove setup icon from desktop pc froze up. Had to hard

I am unable to complete the defrag of my hard disk (c).  
It reaches 10 percent and then says the drive has
changed.  Can you give me a tip about how to resolve what
appears to be a conflict.

Can you reformat 2 Hard Disk at once or do you have to do
each seprate?
